桌椅不合身，孩子做功課便難以集中？！

孩子一進入小學，功課就如排山倒海。每天花在書桌上的時間，動輒數個小時。為了孩子學業，家長們都投放不少金錢在軟件上，包括參加無數的補習、興趣班、甚至邀請補習名師上門教授，卻往往發現事倍功半，孩子都未能好好專注學習。其實家長們忽視了，孩子每天花最多時間的，其實就在他的書桌、座椅這些硬件配套上。而他們正在使用的，又是否真正稱身舒適？

正確而舒適的坐姿，必須符合以下幾個重點：

1: 雙腳必須踮地：

試想像我們坐在酒吧的高櫈上，進行幾個小時的工作，相信不用十分鐘，便難以支撐下去，所以我們必須確保孩子的雙腳不能離地。

2: 背部有足夠承拓：

同樣地，如果我們的座椅不能靠背，又如何承受我們幾個小時的工作？但重點是，能否靠背其實就在於坐墊的深度是否配合孩子的身高。

3: 雙手手踭能垂下寫字：

由於小朋友身高不足，導致寫字時手踭不能垂下，眼睛與書本的距離也太接近，除了背部肌肉受壓，也容易令孩子產生近視。所以坐墊的高度必須能合適調較。
