Your order is safely protected by our 14-Day Exchange & Return Policy. Under this Policy, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the product.

The above Exchange and Return Policy is applicable to all non-furniture items including lightings, bed accessories, cushions, rugs, wall paper, backpacks etc…

Please ensure that you bring your original copy of receipt along with the item you wish to return to any of our shops within 14 days of purchase.

Only products in unopened, unused, unworn, and their original conditions are eligible for exchange or return.

For exchange, you can exchange for the same product or similar models at the same or lower price. If you want to exchange for a more expensive product, additional payment is required.

For return, only the unit price less any discount is refundable. Delivery fees, assembly fees and other charges are non-refundable.

The refund will be made within 7 working days via the original payment method or in the form of Credit Note.

The above Exchange and Return Policy is not applicable to all wooden / MPF made furniture items.

Tavolo Inc Ltd. reserves the right of the final decision in any event of disputes.

Tavolo Inc Ltd. reserves the right to amend the Policy terms and to terminate this Policy without prior notice.
