The Sebra Bed, Baby & Jr., is a Danish design icon, tested across generations since architect Viggo Einfeldt drew the first lines over 80 years ago.
This classic design grows with your child thanks to the adjustable base and extendable function, making the crib suitable for newborns through to junior years.
The bed is made from certified wood and carries the EU Ecolabel, among other certifications. The height-adjustable base can be set at the highest position for newborns, providing a comfortable height for placing or lifting your baby from the crib.
Before your child shows signs of rolling over or sitting up, the height-adjustable base should be lowered to the bottom position. The lowered base and iconic slatted sides ensure a safe sleeping environment for your child during the first years.
You can remove the slatted sides when your child is old enough to climb in and out of bed independently. The bed can then be extended to 157.75 cm (external dimensions), making it suitable until around 6-7 years of age.
No additional parts are required to extend the bed. If you've chosen the original Sebra Mattress, it includes an extension piece that can be used when the bed is fully extended, making the transition seamless and stress-free.

The Sebra Bed, Baby & Jr., is designed for a maximum weight of 15 kg in the highest mattress base position and 80 kg in the lowest. The bed weighs 34 kg, including packaging.

The Sebra Mattress, Harmony, is a special two-part OEKO-TEX®-certified mattress with rounded corners, which makes the mattress suitable for the Sebra Bed, Baby & Jr., both in the baby stage and as a pull-out junior bed. Use the largest mattress piece during the first stage, and add the little extra piece to the foot of the bed when the bed is pulled out to become a junior bed.
The Sebra Mattress, Harmony, Baby & Jr., consists of an OEKO-TEX®-certified core made from the Pantera® foam mould, particularly known for its breathability and comfort. The top of the mattress core has been cut into squares, helping distribute weight and giving your child excellent support.
The mattress cover is made from OEKO-TEX®-certified cotton and has an antibacterial surface that ensures a good sleeping environment for your child.
